FLC's Generations of Faith
There is an effort at First Lutheran Church to connect children, young adults or anyone who likes to be creative with members who are at home during this time. We ask that you create art or color a page or write a letter. These pages will be sent to First Lutheran Church members who are homebound, who have been in the hospital or who are lonely due to COVID.
We need you! You will find coloring pages at the church or click HERE for pages that you can print. Or you can draw pictures or create art pieces. The sky is the limit to what you create, it just needs to be able to go through the US postal service. Create as many as you would like!
Make sure to date and put your first name on your coloring page or work of art! Add a message if you are willing! We are going to post photos of the artwork on Facebook and also below, so please only include your first name.
After creating you artwork, please pray for the recipient. We will notify the recipients that the art work has been prayed over by you. Then drop your completed artwork off at a parking lot worship or at the box in the church hallway on Mondays-Thursdays between 9 am to 1 pm. Try to have your artwork in by the 15th of the month each month.
If you want to be added to the recipient list, please contact Marci in the church office at (218) 829-9552.
