Pastor Kristin Oltmann, Associate Pastor, came to First Lutheran in March 2004. She has served at Luther Point Bible Camp, Grantsburg, WI, Bethany Lutheran Church, Onamia, MN, and Camp Onomia, Onamia, MN. She is a graduate of St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN, Luther Seminary, St. Paul, MN, and Christos Center for Spiritual Formation, Lino Lakes, MN. She says, "I feel very privileged to serve at First Lutheran and feel most passionate in my ministry about building and facilitating relationships with others and among others in which we can genuinely share the joys and challenges that we encounter in our journeys of faith as God's people!" Kristin is married to Tony Oltmann, a Presbyterian pastor.
Vicki Foss, director of youth and family ministry at FLC, joined the staff in March of 2010. Foss grew up in Hillsboro, ND graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations and Religion. She has worked in the field of congrgational youth ministry for over 15 years at FaithLutheran, West Fargo, First Lutheran, Brainerd, South Canyon Lutheran, Rapid City, Our Redeemer, Pine City and now back at FLC.
